Marriage beautifully reflects the heart of God towards His people, and godly marriages bring stability to a church community. One of the ways to encourage this reality is by intentionally raising up a strong base of marriage mentors within the church.
We invite all Family Life Pastors and ministry staff who serve in this area to come for a learning and sharing session.
Hear from churches who have ploughed into this area – how they started, what’s worked for them, how God has challenged them to persevere through seasons of difficulty. Hear also from Bridging Hearts, an equipping ministry that equips married couples to be Marriage Mentors.
Exchange stories, and let God inspire you to greater fruitfulness in this area of ministry! Registration is essential.

Ps Jeremy Choy, CityFamilies, City Harvest Church
Ps Jeremy Choy serves as a Pastor in City Harvest Church. He heads CityFamilies (CFAM) that champions family life in CHC. He has been married since 2001 and has 2 boys.
Ps Yew San Ho, Family Life Ministry, Bethel Assembly of God
Ps San Ho has a heart to equip God’s people to grow in their walk with God. He sees life’s problems and setbacks as opportunities for growth and learning. Married with 5 children, he and his wife, Priscilla are reaching out to pre-married and married couples in the Family Life ministry as marriage mentors.
Ps Daniel Tan, Family Life Ministries, Hope Singapore
Ps Daniel has been married to Rachel since 1998. They have 2 sons, age 21 and 17. Daniel is one of the Executive pastors in Hope Church (Singapore).
Ps Daniel took on the role of leading Family Life Ministries in Hope Church since 2016. Both Ps Daniel and his wife are PREPARE-ENRICH certified facilitators; they are also certified marriage mentor couple by Marriage Mentoring Academy (founded by Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott). Both of them are passionate about building and strengthening Christian marriages and families so that Christian families can be a positive testimony in the society and reflect God’s glory.
Tan Nam Seng & Tan Sok Mian, Founders, Bridging Hearts
Nam Seng and Sok Mian have been married since 1988 with 2 adult daughters.
Together they have been involved in serving families for more than 30 years. Over these years, they have headed the children’s church, worked with children from single-parent families, prepared courting couples for marriage and mentored marriages.
They conduct Marriage Preparation Course as well as Marriage Mentoring courses for churches, and have been serving as trainers/facilitators with Focus on the Family for more than 20 years. In 2017-18 they also worked with Fei Yue on the Early Marriage Support programme.
Nam Seng and Sok Mian believe in investing in marriages as their conviction is that when marriages are healthy, families will be stronger. Their dream is to see marriages reflecting Christ’s love for the Church and couples living out the abundant life that Christ has promised.
