49 Singapore pastors came together on 19 February 2021 to connect in fellowship and pray.

In a post-Covid environment, the standard safe-distancing precautions had to be taken, but there was clearly a knitting of hearts as our local pastors prayed intensely in unity.

Repentance & Revival

APCCS was started to serve local pastors in the areas of representation, resources and relationships. And it looks like God is slowly bringing another “R” into focus… Revival. Led by Pastor Yang Tuck Yoong, the twin themes of prayer was first repentance and then revival.

Towards the end of the meeting, Brother Jason Wong and Pastor Norman Ng shared their heart for Christians in Singapore to keep reaching out with the message of salvation through Jesus Christ.

Analogue fellowship in a digital era

This prayer meeting was the first physical meeting in over a year since the covid pandemic struck in 2020.

Despite the recent prevalence of digital meetings, physical meetings are still superior in creating a naturally engaging format.

“Today’s prayer was a most welcoming platform for pastors to share face-to-face and heart-to-heart,” said Rev Peter Lui of Elim Church.

“I learned so much in a short time,” Pastor Darien Choo of Trinity Community Centre, who shared a table with Rev Isaac Lim, Pastor Lim Lip Yong of Cornerstone Community Church and Pastor Zac Zhang of Hearts Alive Church.
